A multinational insurance company is currently looking for the best candidate to fill the position of Product Development Manager. The winning candidate will report directly to Head of Product Development and be working in close collaboration with the Product Development Committee.
Key responsibilities will include:
Develop detailed action plan in collaboration with marketing and distribution channel strategiesLead allocated product development processInitiate new product ideas and improve existing productsCoordinate the launching of new productsTrain sales force to market new or improved productsSupervise sales growthConduct market intelligence on competitors
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business or marketing
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in life insurance product development
Knowledge in actuarial mathematics
Knowledge of market analysis, business intelligence and marketing communication
Expertise with Microsoft Office and Macro Programming (to deal with data sales review)
Detail-oriented character
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent team management
Excellent communication skills (able to communicate throughout all channels/levels)
Fluent in English
Creative and analytical thinking
