Job Description:

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following function(s):

Partnering across the organization to monitor departmental business strategies.Providing stastical reports for various periodic management review meetings.Evaluating products and services existing in the insurance market and their potentials in the future.Identifying and monitoring the activities of the competitors and researching the insurance market conditions and changes related to products and premium.Conducting planning and coordination in marketing activities, which include: marketing campaign, promotion and advertisement to increase production and premium.Developing and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that will benefit the community and enhance the Company's image and reputation.Assisting Marketing Departments in marketing projects and activities.Maintaining relationship with the Government entities and various organizations.
General Qualifications:

Computer literate on office applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 

Knowledge of Image Editing (Photoshop etc.) will be an advantage.

English fluency is a must.

Outgoing, positive & "Can Do" attitude, communicative, cooperative, team working, problem solving, creative and initiative.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision yet able to deliver with outstanding result and in timely manner.

Specific Qualifications:

Male or Female under 35 years old.

Education min S1 of any major (general insurance background will be an advantage).

Knowledge of research, channel development and marketing activities will be an advantage.
