Responsibilities:
Maintaining existing relationship, presentation of products, conducting training, business gatherings, workshops
Generate and create various activities to achieve sales target Gathering inputs, suggestions, critiques from bank partners to strive for excellence both in product development and sales activities
Monitor, coordinate and coach PFA (Personal Financial Advisors) to assist directly and indirectly to achieve assigned sales target
Responsible for overall sales achievement of Bancassurance team..In charge of sales activities in Bancassurance department whether in “ referral system”.
Responsible to provide sales activities reports to Head of Bancassurance
Requirements:
Min.
