Handling incoming callsHandling complains from customersGiving details of product knowledge to the customers 

Requirements:

Minimum diploma from any majors and reputable university is preferable.

Experience in insurance call center / Sales are preferableHave a good communication skill

Able operate MS Office (computer literate)

Have analyze skill

Customer focus and quick respond

Fresh Graduate are Welcome
