Responsibilities :

Handle claim process on time and accuratelyPrepare accident and health claim report to managementHandle policy holder complaintHandle correspondence and follow up with TPA & hospitalsProvide training to agencyAssist internal and external auditor in regards to close claims documentMonitoring reconcile payment to hospital and providerHandling and monitoring excess claim.

Requirement :

Bachelor degree majoring in medical doctor

Minimum 8 years experience in claim department in life insurance industry with 3 years experience in managerial level

Depth understanding in claim procedure

Familiar with AAJI policy and procedure and good relationship with hospital or clinics.
