Based in Jakarta, you will be in charge of answering and processing request from callers seeking for medical care. Your task will be to be a facilitator, handling all aspect from appointment with the chosen medical facility to any travel arrangements which may be required.
Job Responsibilities
Answering of phone callsIdentifying callers and requestsInforming callers about various medical facilities which are available / suitableTransferring calls to medical officer for medical and referral advices Assisting callers to choose the best medical facilityProviding quotation for all services requiredCollecting medical reports and sending to medical facility of destinationDoing credit cards payments over the phoneScheduling of appointments for the patientsScheduling of transportation, accommodations if requiredPromoting other benefits to callers such as access to events, shopping, etc…Liaising with hospitals/ doctors for registration and follow-upEnsure proper maintenance of patients' case folderUpdating information from medical providers
Job Requirements
Experienced in Medical Concierge Services Experienced in Customer ServiceAge range between 25 and 35, open for male and femaleEducational background: at least any D3 / S1 in relevant fieldsPerfect Bahasa Indonesia, in both spoken and written. Fluent English, in both spoken and written, is an absolute mustTraining will be providedWorking on shifts (7 days, morning, afternoon, evening shifts)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillMature personality, high sense of responsibilitiesComputer literateFast learner and able to work under pressureCustomer and services orientedPositive and outgoing attitudes
