Key responsibilities will include:

Identify potential business opportunities to help grow the businessCoordinate with agency academy for the implementation of induction program for new recruit team and help them start better and fasterMonitor new team recruitment process, including execution, placement in the sales office and coaching them to grow the businessCoordinate with  sales office operation for the implementation of recruitment activities in order to achieve company service standardsDevelop new team to deliver on its production targets through the key drivers of recruiting activity, productivity, average premium per case and persistency

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (min.)Two years minimum experience in the same fieldStrong in insurance industryStrong market knowledgeMarketer who understands recruitment, training and operationsHard-working, motivated and intelligentSales focusedTrustworthyA natural leader who works well as part of a teamMust be willing to live in designated city
