Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for sales effort as, training, administration, and account relations directly or through proper staff managementIdentify, evaluate and recommend Extended Warranty programmes to meet customer electronic retailer and manufacturers needs, telecom opportunities and select financial institutionsCo-ordinate with Underwriter(s) at the Regional or New York level on all pricing and coverage until such time as Underwriting Authority is granted the Country LevelManage the contractual set up of the administration and insurance for all clientsWork directly with division clients, country and regional management to develop cross-sell opportunities to or from Extended Warranty clients.Plan, develop and manage effective marketing and sales programs to be used by retailers, manufacturers, and financial institutions for effective account development. This include providing guidance on Retail Selling Prices, Point of Sale marketing materials, salesman compensation and accurate penetration measurementTrain the retailer's trainer for sales personnel to effectively promote and sell Extended WarrantyIdentify potential problem situations and implement appropriate corrective actionsMaintain good professional relationship with all Extended Warranty accounts and internal employees.Provide market intelligence on emerging extended warranty programs from competitorsPrepare, and take ownership of, the Extended Warranty annual P&L budget for Company Division
Job Qualifications :
Minimum education bachelor degree from reputable university, preferable from overseas
Must posses a minimum of 6 years professional experiences in Business Development or Customer Relationship Management preferable from Insurance or Retail or Electronic ConsumerHigh Integrity and enthusiasm to handle the businessWork diligently towards cost effieciency, best sales and servicesHigh Proficiency in English is a mustGood Communication and Presentation Skill
