Job Responsibilities :
Provide support in improving the business performance, setting the right strategy, goals and plans to achieve them.Deliver the required financial results in P/L, in working capital and maintain a healthy Balance Sheet position.Work with sales and marketing teams in exploring business opportunities and setting the appropriate marketing & pricing strategies.Work across departments to make sure the company goals are aligned from top to bottom with prioritization.Perform analysis/review on business financial results and work with site managementt on taking the appropriate actions.Responsible for monthly/quaterly forecasting to better reflect the changing situation and corrective actions taken by the site.Uphold the high controllership/compliance standard in the business operation as required by Corporate, including SOX compliance and internal audit.Design, implement and sustain the appropriate control procedures to make sure the company is being run with high integrity.Act as the gate keeper for the controllership/compliance issues.Lead and develop the finance team in providing high quality support to the running of the company with an efficient structure.Attract and foster talents in the finance organization to improve and sustain the quality output of the team.Job Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in accounting with a min of 10 years financial experience in the field; exposure to financial services preferable from Banking and InsuranceGood communication skills with ability to communicate complex issues in a structured and clear wayMust be good in both oral and written EnglishSolid analytical skills and business acumen are requiredGood influencing skills are essential to coordinate the financial activities of a diverse and complex organizationHighly organized and be able to motivate team members in challenging situations to achieve the targeted resultsExperienced in running a finance team is preferredAbility to develop effective working relationship with other site departments and regional management is essentialOnly Shortlisted Candidates Will Be Notify For Further Progress
