The newly established Indonesian subsidiary of a large foreign financial institution is seeking the highest quality individual to fill the role of Executive Compliance, to be based in Jakarta. The winning candidate will primarily oversee the corporate secretarial function along with the compliance aspects of the start-up operation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Liaise and deal with relevant regulatory authoritiesCompliance with listing agreement, FEMA, SEBI Guidelines and other relevant statutesIndependently manage secretarial functionEnsure employees comply with all relevant company and Indonesian government regulations and laws
Job Requirements
Law degreeFour years’ experience in similar positionGood analytical abilityKnowledge of RBI/FEMA/NBFC regulationsGood level of communication skills and ability to interact with all organizational levelsProficient in MS Office & MS Excel Logical and well defined thought processExperiences in institutional equities or retail securitiesPleasant personality
