Job Purpose

To generate ANP (Employee Benefit), deliver VoNB and generate producing agents by working very closely with Agency Team in Surabaya (East Java)

Job Responsibilities

To achieve ANP, VoNB To deliver number of producing agents To organize regular meeting minimum 2 times a month to Agency team in SurabayaTo do sales activity and meet standard minimum activity per weekTo prepare weekly and monthly activity reportTo prepare and analyse monthly sales Pipeline with minimum 85% closing probabilityTo develop and maintain relationship with Agency TeamTo encourage agency team in selling Corporate Solutions productsTo assist direct Manager in special task as needed / requested

Problem Challenge

Reluctantly of Agency Leaders to allow their agent selling Group productsReluctantly some of agents to sell Group products due to :

Bad experience in the past, Compare individual’s commission vs Group commission, Compare the process of selling individual vs group (group products need longer selling process to close)

Agents tend to be very demanding in everything :Need to be treat differently,Need special attentionNeed fast responseNeed to build / maintain very close relation with agent in order they sell Group productsNeed to travel to maintain all the request from all agents that manage by him.

Communication skill both oral and writtenHas strong communication skill, presentation and training skill and has analytical capabilityOpen mindedDisciplineCreative, able to influence and drive agents to sell the productsHigh self-motivated, self-confidenceKnowledgeable especially understand very well all Corporate Solutions products both Employee Benefits and Pension, Labor Law, Jamsostek Law, Taxation, Pension Law, competitor's products.Team playerAble to operate power points, excel, wordHigh level of energy and motivationFast learner, flexible (able to adapt to changes)ProactiveWilling to be stationed in Surabaya
