Key Accountabilities

• Together with Market Research & Intelligence Senior Manager, to decide on research design and methodology used for all research projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or other related disciplines with min. 6 years experience in marketing research & intelligence in relevant industry
• Proven track of record in market research methodology, especially quantitative research and has exposure in on qualitative research is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills. Ability to multitask and manage a workstack across multiple staff
• Solid verbal and written communication skills. Able to present concepts confidently, clearly and accurately and to keep others informed and up-to-date. Listens & probes effectively
• High energy and ability to work well in a team with strong interpersonal skills for interacting with a large group of direct & indirect staff from different levels, skills set and roles
• Flexibility to work outside prescribed responsibilities to achieve the ultimate business goal
• Exposure to life insurance business a plus, but not mandatory
• Excellent skill in making and presenting research findings.
• Excellent skill in working with databases i.e. setting up & maintaining databases, ensuring easy data retrieval. Experience working with SPSS is preferred.
• Excellent skill in working with spreadsheet software (MS Excel) i.e. pivot tables, statistical formulas, etc.
